All orders outside the United States are sent via AIR MAIL service. Air Mail packages cannot be tracked. The shipping costs listed on this site do not include any import fees, taxes, customs, duties, brokerage fees, or any other fees applied by any organization other than Flingco. The customer is solely responsible for these fees and any other fees that may apply.
Flingco is not responsible for any package once it is in the hands of Postal Services in the United States or elsewhere. We securely package orders to avoid damage in transit. The vast majority of packages sent via the US Postal Service arrive at their destination in a timely and secure manner. But we will not replace or refund any orders that are lost, stolen, or otherwise missing in transit. Please contact us if your order arrives damaged and we will make replacement arrangements.

For an extra fee we will be happy to ship your order via either service. Please remember that neither UPS nor Federal Express will deliver a package to a Post Office Box.
